Valmont

The windmill tower factory for Valmont, was based on the idea to fully automate the production of windmill towers, with as little involvement, from people, as possible. We build a system where sandblasting, metallizing and painting are fully automated, and even the transportation between the different areas, was integrated into the automated system.

Together with the users of the system, we build a user friendly interface that gives the different operators easy access to the system, when needed. The systems also provides real-time updates to the main offices, so the people in charge always knows, where the towers are in the production process.
